1. Authenticity Guarantee

All fragrances sold by Thapelo Smells are 100% authentic and sourced from trusted suppliers.

 

2. No Returns on Opened Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • Opened fragrances

  • Used products

  • Samples

  • Decants

 

Once a fragrance has been sprayed or opened, it cannot be returned.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • The wrong fragrance

  • A leaking bottle

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos

  • An unboxing video (required for damage claims)

 

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement

  • Or store credit

 

4. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Blind buys you don’t like

  • Performance expectations (longevity/projection varies per skin type)
